Pasquale (Uncle Patty) Falcetti a reputed capo in the Genovese crime family was sentenced to 30 months behind bars on loan sharking charges.
According to court documents Falcetti made a $34,000 loan to mafia snitch Anthony Zocolillo who then used the cash to start up a marijuana operation. Prosecutors said the mob turncoat knew if he didn’t pay the outrageous and illegal terms of the loan he would have to pay in blood.
