“Nicky Scarfo Jr”
Scarfo Jr is the son of jailed Philadelphia mafia boss Nicodemo “Little Nicky” Scarfo. After a failed attempt on his life back in 1989 in Philadelphia his father arranged for him to become a made member of the Lucchese family of the New York mafia for his protection according to law enforcement.
He then moved to New Jersey and became an active member of the a Lucchese crew. It is believed by law enforcement that former Philadelphia mob boss Joseph “Skinny Joey” Merlino was the shooter in the Scarfo Jr hit as he and his crew of young turks were looking to take control of the Philly mafia and Nicky Jr was seen as a possible proxy for his jailed father.

Well this is the final ending of the scarfos. He lacked the ruthless attitude Nick Scarfo Sr had and thats why he in the end got pushed out of philly by Joey Merlino. This shows even though if they managed to get away with this scam which was worth alot of money it shows how much the Scarfo family has fallen Nick Sr is prison,Philly Leontii is nephiew became a rat and now Nick Jr is of too prison
Yes Nicky Jr never had the respect or charisma that his father did and once he was pushed out of Philly and with the Lucchese family he was an earner but never moved up the ladder. The family in the end went out with a lot less of a bang then many would of expected.
