A new mafia documentary is in the works from director Tigre Hill and it’s bound to be a hit. The new film will focus on the impact on economies and detrimental effects of organized crime in their host cities according to Hill.
It will cover the mob and its influence in cities across the country, but will take heavily from the mafia impact in Hill’s native city of Philadelphia. It will include a close and in-depth look into the Philadelphia mafia, including many of its leaders past and present.
The mob documentary will bookend the Philly mafia elite starting with the first known Sicilian mob boss in Philly Salvatore Sabella and end with the fall of alleged current boss Joey Merlino. Hill said that Philly was so unique that even members of the mob were saying “What the (expletive) is going on in Philly?” You can check out The Corrupt and the Dead trailer for a sneak peek into the new film which Hill says should be completed in May.

Seems like this may be an interesting look into the Philly mob from a i think many would consider a Philly insider if not really a mob insider.
apparently they are going to be talking about merlino and ligambi should be interesting
Yes may be some decent up to date stuff
If I wanna know about the Philly mob I can look at pictures of them on Instagram ha

Fuck Reagan. I don’t like that clip, he needs to mind his own business.
Also Phillip Testa aka chicken man will be included in film and film footage from The bombing of Testa’s house by Rocco Marranucci by remote control……
should definitely make for some interesting stuff esp if he takes the time to really go in depth
