A new hard hitting documentary on the American Mafia being called The Mafia with Trevor McDonald is set to air this month on ITV network. The new 2 part documentary series will feature interviews with made men in the mafia and undercover law enforcement figures who’s job it was to take them down. Sir Trevor will take viewers on a journey into the world of this secret crime organization with looks into the day to day lives of mobsters, places they hang out in, and the streets where they conducted mob business. The show promises interview from mobsters who have never before been on TV or publicly spoken outside of law enforcement about the mob.

McDonald traveled to New York, Philadelphia, Miami, and Southern California to gather information from the men behind the mob. The much anticipated mafia documentary has been making headlines since it was announced last year and it is finally set to appear. Known as the “Walter Cronkite” of England Sir Trevor McDonald should once again bring us a fascinating and entertaining show.

I am looking forward to this one myself seems like some new interviews and info that we haven’t seen yet and not a whole show of stuff we have already heard in previous programs.

March of this year is only date i have seen to air on ITV. Hopefully it airs not long after here in the US, but i will keep an eye and see if it pops up online anywhere and comment back with a link asap if i find it.
Saw March 23rd as an air date for first episode of the 2 part series on ITV. Would have to verify to be 100% sure but seems about right.
