“Bobby Vernace”

Defense lawyers in the case filed motions to have the case thrown out after it was discovered that the key witness in the trial for the prosecution Francesco Fiordilino was committing crimes while inside the witness protection program. But the Judge said that the defendant would not have been acquitted even if the jury had known about the evidence against Fiordilino and lowered the boom on Versace with a max sentence.
Michael Vernace the brother of Bobby Glasses as he is also known on streets stormed out of the courthouse calling the judge a piece of s— and that the sentence was a travesty. Vernace defense attorneys Joseph DiBenedetto and Charles Carnesi said that they plan to appeal.
